how to throw backhand

I throw sidearm, and I'd like to throw it better backhand. Anyone have any helpful suggestions? I was trying it weds. but I'm still throwing further sidearm, with a better idea of where it's going too. I'll be out for doubles on sunday. Maybe somebody can help me out?

Well since my original post almost 2 years ago, I've come a long way with the backhand. I'm still not entirely sure where it's going but it's getting there. I'm getting it out past 300' pretty consistantly, still a work in progress though.
